Juliette Holden, Administrative Manager

Juliette Holden, Administrative Manager has been a staff member of IIMD for 20 years. Ms. Holden moved to Detroit from Westminster South Carolina with her family in 1966 in search of employment opportunities. She originally volunteered in IIMD's gift shop in January 2000 and was hired as a full-time staff member in 2001 as a Receptionist/Rental Assistance Coordinator. Prior to working at IIMD, Ms. Holden worked at the Ford Motor Company for 28 years as an Assembly Technician.

Juliette has been instrumental in navigating services as she is the first point of contact for IIMD's participants. Her impeccable listening abilities, empathy, and outstanding customer service skills makes her a strong asset and valued team member. Additionally, her knowledge of the Detroit community has proven beneficial as she is easily able to direct participants to internal and external resources. Juliette is also a proud mother of 4 sons and 5 beautiful grandchildren.
