
Victoria k booker, MSW, MPH, Legal Department Intake Coordinator
Victoria [Tori] K. Booker is the Intake Coordinator at IIMD, where she manages incoming inquiries for legal services, supports client communication, and assists staff with English/Spanish translation. She is grateful to work for an organization that intentionally welcomes and supports immigrants.
Tori has dedicated her career to organizations serving Latinx and immigrant communities, including over a decade at Immigration Law and Justice Michigan and several years at Migrant Health Promotion, where she led community health programs for migrant farmworkers. Her professional path has been shaped by her bicultural upbringing, frequent travels to Chile to visit family, and a deep commitment to public service.
Tori earned dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Michigan. She brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role at IIMD, where she is deeply committed to supporting clients through difficult transitions and contributing to programs that foster dignity, inclusion, and lasting impact.
